Well my head is sore! What a wedding I went too yesterday. Sorry to all who checked the blogg for yesterdays selections, I'm late getting these up as well today overslept!
Ascot
Race 3 6f
Well is it high numbers is it low numbers today for te draw advantage. Again I'm going for quality and going on ground and form for this one and leaving it to a bit of luck in running as well. But its got to be HOORAY trained by a master trainer Sir Mark Prescott get the fillies allowance and will love this ground. I particularly liked the way she won last time out and has been in quality races right from the start of here career and at 8/1 I believe thats a very reasonable price I'm going each way. I'm also having BEWITCHED to win, has a proven record over the trip and another who will like the ground and this horse is a very consistent trier.
Race 4 The Wokingham
An awesome sight when you see this numbe of horses charging down the straight at Royal Ascot. In this race I'm going for a consistent battler, who wont be giving up in the finish, has a superb jockey on board and has shown that softer ground could play massively into this horses chances. That horse is HIGH STANDING at a ridiculous 25/1 this horse has every chance will love this track has a proven record at a higher level than some of these. Ryan Moore on board again, I think this is a very nice price for the each way punter.
Race 5
MODUN has an entry in the Irish St Leger and looked every inch a future Group horse in the making when registering an easy win in a handicap at Newbury on his return to action. He beat a subsequent winner by four lengths on that occasion. If this horse can act on the soft he has the quality to win this and win this easily!
Those are my tips for today, good luck!
